January’s “best of 2008 edition” was fun galore. Discovered lots of great music + met equally great people to boot. February’s “covers edition” followed suit and even upped the ante with live performances from some of Toronto’s finest.

I had the extreme pleasure of performing with some radass tweeps: @KidKulit + @johnpapa + @rlangdon + @flashlight = OTB (aka Original Twuneup Band, bitches!).

Yo I told you I’d be counting down the days until this album dropped. Now “Incredibad” has finally arrived into my life and it’s everything my ears could have dreamed of + more.

Their newest single, “I’m On A Boat” feat. T-Pain, debuted on SNL this past weekend. But for those of you craving some classic Lonely Island shenanigans… well it really doesn’t get any better than this. Best response video EVER. Guy #1 + Guy #2 = <3

On a lighter note from the last post…

I love these boys so hard and this most recent offering may be their best yet — cleverly crafted lyrics throughout as per usual, stellar performances from each esp. rocking the euro accents, and high production values with ridiculously amazing wardrobe and viewing availability in HD. But perhaps most importantly, the music composition is just so bang on fantastic and it looks like this is just a small taste what’s coming very soon. The Lonely Island’s debut album “INCREDIBAD” will be in stores Feb. 10, 2009. You know I’ll be counting down the days.
